Welcome to * / B L I N D S I D E D, a high school roleplay set in Cape Colby, California a perfect getaway for everyone. It doesn't matter if you're a tourist or a local resident, it's practically paradise. Known for its beaches and crystal clear water, Cape Colby is a dream. Warm weather would almost guarantee a packed beach and cool, summer nights would certainly call for a slushie at the beach side JuiceBox. It's a place for simple crushes and first kisses and love. With two high schools, one for girls and one for boys, emotions run high and drama could even spring from the most innocent of places. Of course, the fact that they're teenagers doesn't help matters. Gossip can become the next best thing in a world of adolescents.

Please read the announcement found here about the re-ordering of the plot pages boards and wanted ad board. There is also a mention of a new thread to post in once you have a dead/finish thread or wanted a thread moved somewhere ^^

Hey guys! We have added a new board --- > "The Alternate Universe" board because a fair amount of you seem to be interested in it. The rules of the board are shown in it but just to be clear all forum rules still apply! Have fun guys!

So the activity check is done! Everyone who was still on that list was deleted - their face claim stripped and application archived. If anyone wants to reclaim their character, you have one week to do so. Simply pm me and we'll restore everything you had. After the one week, you'll need to re-apply to have your old charrie back. Similarly, if your character was deleted but they weren't supposed to be, pm me please and I'll try to fix it! Please check that your claims are still intact! Also, reminder for everyone to check their face claims. If you do not claim your pb, then anyone who comes along is within their rights to claim it. That's pretty much it!

Hey guys! Just here for a few more announcements! First of all congratulations to the December contest winners - Xan, Dani and Carly for the posting contest, and Renee for the graphics contest. Thanks to everyone who participated (especially Renee who was the only one who entered the graphics contest. *glares* y'all should tell me if you even want the graphics contest next time, kay?) Anyway, congratulations everyone.

On another note, I am now opening up the Job Claims for everyone not just for adults. Please note the added information about NPCs claiming job titles ^^

*FLAIL!* Okaay guys! I know I am so late when it comes to everything but here is the new skin for 2012! Eurgh, I think it looks a little too dark and dull for a new year's skin but booo I'll make something up like an event that corresponds with the mood of the skin XD So yeah! A couple of new additions to the site, like the quick switch account *points to the left* So, please use it to log in and out of your accounts if you have multiple ones. I know it's kinda dubious, but people do look at the amount of accounts logged in and view it as a sign of activity >.>

Also, the forum statistics have been moved to the side bar so you'all know what gender, age and whatnot your next character is going to be *cough cough* ^^ (also, someone remind me to replace the stats in the character profile board description with something else). The setting and weather descriptions have been expanded so we can be kind of in sync as a site (it doesn't mean it can't be raining or whatever in your post, because it is the weather. Just no blizzards or anything yet.) If you guys find anything weird or wonky around the site because of some coding or skin change, please tell me so it can be fixed. If you're using a different browser, etc. that might affect it as well.

We've now changed the avatar size limit to 200x300 pixels, so you can use those avatars that used to be used for signatures O.O I think I'm very lenient when it comes to mostly everything around the site but please make sure none of your images stretch the page. I hate seeing that. Don't trust the site to resize it for you, especially those pesky avatar height and width when your changing your profile because it may work for you when you're viewing it but other people need to actually click on your profile before it does the whole resizing thing around the forum. (Okay, maybe this is just a theory, but it does happen!)

I'm going to deal with the December contests in the next few days but basically anyone who entered got some sort of prize! :D Congrats! Now for the yucky part - we're going to hold a small activity check this week. We're not going to have an elaborate set up, just a simple log in and your account is saved! Cool huh? Just remember to do it ^^ That's pretty much it. So, Happy New Year's Guys! (note: wow, this announcement was so long I had to use line breaks o.o)
